Who will comply with Trump twitter ruling first, Cory Booker or Vin Gopal?
Kudos to Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop for voluntarily complying with federal Judge Naomi Buchwald’s ruling that public officials are violating the 1st Amendment Rights of their constituents when they block political critics from their social media accounts.
I’ve officially unblocked anyone that was ever blocked from seeing my social media accounts – Anti-semites, racists, trolls, fake accounts, former family members, ppl that hate Jersey City – all are welcome now. I may not like u personally but the law is the law. @realDonaldTrump

Now it’s time for U.S. Senator Cory Booker and State Senator Vin Gopal to follow suit.
Booker follows MoreMonmouthMusings on twitter, but he has blocked our friend Matt Rooney at Save Jersey.
I’m patiently waiting for my phone call from the @ACLU: https://t.co/CchvT2g2JC

State Senator and honorary volunteer firefighter Vin Gopal has MMM’s Art Gallagher blocked on twitter and facebook, but not on instagram.

Will Chris Smith do the right thing and unblock those rowdy constituents he claims he must avoid?
alot of people are quite concerned about this.
