I wonder what Trump wanted Barr to do this time that he could not agree to and caused him resign?? More Pardons?

Barr’s resignation was to be expected given his previous actions. He has proven to be a genius at self-promotion and preservation. His figurative tea-bagging of Trump in his over-the-top fawning resignation letter was his sop to the megalomaniac-in-chief that enabled him to jump ship with a bon voyage from the captain he was deserting. His reasons are all too obvious. He did not scruple to question the unpardonable pardons granted to Roger Stone and Michael Flynn. Pardons he knew were just the beginning of a shameful misuse/abuse of executive power that will be used to unleash even more egregious abuses of presidential power. As he’s resigned, he will be out of office when these abuses occur. Barr’s resignation allows for him to protect himself from being splattered when the fecal matter hits the wind machine. His malevolent genius needs to be acknowledged.
