Governor Camel Toe Part Deux

nj.com photo

Governor Chris Christie’s snappy appearance on the beach yesterday brings back unfortunate memories of his 2015 appearance in a charity softball game at Yankee Stadium.

In fairness, to the Governor, he apparently did not know he was being photographed yesterday while he and his family had Island Beach State Park all to themselves.  Even though other photos snapped by the Star Ledger reporter reveal that Christie looked right at the aircraft flying over the beach, three and a half hours later he told reporters in Trenton he hadn’t gotten any sun.

Christie spokesman Brian Murray later explained that Christie didn’t get any sun because he was wearing a hat.  Unfortunately, that hat did not cover enough.

At the 2015 softball game, Christie was still a contender.  He proudly flaunted his stuff that day.

The issue was Democrat Assembly Speaker’s Prieto’s opposition to a $300 million fund to fight opiate addiction. Republicans have a good cause of fighting addiction and a justifiable target of Horizon (the fake non-profit with a $3 billion surplus) who increased premiums for our small businesses 41% in 2017.
Shutting down the state beach during the July 4th holiday is a smack in the face to the hardworking taxpayers and their children. It is beyond stupid and exactly the opposite of what people who respect the “forgotten man” would do.
Visiting the same beach you are denying public access is BIZARRE. How does this advance the good cause?
Has Governor Christie become the power drunk madman speeding down the highway careening into other vehicles with all his loyal supporters in the back seat?
Governor I am getting off the bus now.
    Loyalty has its limits.

Kim Guadagno for acting governor. Thoughtful, smart, tough and able.

Mike but you probalyrics don’t have a problem with Atlantic Highlands gouging the people by charging the people $2,200 for a mooring they pay the NJ Dep Tide land Resource Council $70.00 dollars for.

Jersey embarrassment. What a ( very big) mistake we made with that guy. Ego is one thing, unbridled arrogance is quite another. The thought of a long, tortuous campaign, only to face more damn taxes and legal pot under Corzine 2, is too depressing for the 4th of July, but there it is. Ugh!!

    Dan
I did my 16 years and have been out for quite a long time so I don’t know the details of $2,200 mooring charges. My taxes are 10X that. Yet I know the Sailor’s creed. The wind and water is free and everything else should be.

However, I must say that your comment in incomplete about what is provided by AH harbor which includes:
    Mooring
    Parking
    Security
    Police
    Fire
    Dredging
    Bathrooms and showers
    Haul in and out
    Yacht Club
Area for dinghies (by the way the sailors insisted on taking a major portion of the kid’s fishing pier for their private dinghies and float – after I left office)
A view of me on the deck of my house (priceless)

Having said that I still object to the 2017 41% premium hike on small businesses by the duopoly Horizon BCBS bringing health insurance to $16,100 per person including the deductibles. They have a $3 billion surplus and are a fake non-profit. Let me by insurance across state lines.
